City Park is the first to bring a dual brand hotel to Charlotte. The development currently houses a 200 room dual brand Marriott consisting of a Residence Inn and a Fairfield Inn & Suite, and a new 140 room Aloft Hotel. The hotels offer 24-hour airport transportation, meeting space, fitness center, complimentary hot breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi and much more. Both projects are by MJM group for Novas Development.
